All my sessions are intuitively led so it is simply a matter of deciding how much time feels right for you.
About an hour before a session starts, I ask for a client's team of guides to send me information about the guide who is most helpful to him and her at this moment in time. I do this in order to create a line drawing of that guide that I send to each client via digital format before the session begins. These drawings also contain energetic symbols called "light language" that augment the energetic presence of the guide.
Sessions usually begin with a discussion of why that particular guide did come forth. After that the sessions are entirely intuitively run. They are usually a combination of spiritual mentoring (I am an ordained reverend), tarot card readings, light language songs, drumming, and/or energy healing (I am a certified Reiki Master).
No two sessions are alike because they are geared to a person's energetic needs at the time we meet.
